I lived in the condominium for 4 years in an apartment that they call remodeled, the renovation was very poorly done, the wall finishes are ugly and the kitchen cabinets are painted over other paints, they don't change the doors and cabinets and they charge more expensive rent for this ugly remodel. with Arium management, no matter how long they took to fix, they always responded to maintenance requests and the fees included in the rental tended to be cheaper. with the change of administration to Rosemont things got worse, water and sewage fees had an excessive increase and they never specify what water was spent, in other condominiums they don't charge this inexplicable sewage fee, I saw an increase in mine rent, the ceiling of my apartment collapsed due to a water leak that they didn't fix, the walls were all moldy and it was damaging my health and after a month they didn't fix the ceiling , I didn't feel safe and they are very rude when it comes to complaints, I don't recommend this place, they decorate the entrance to the condominium and the apartments are old and run down…. :(

I relocated from New Orleans and moved straight into Arium in Bentley which is now Rosemont on Bentley. The apartments are in a great central location, they are spacious and the gas stove was a bonus. However, my family and I experienced a great deal of racial discrimination/ biases. My unit 1306 was roach infested, I voiced my concerns countless of times and the infestation continued to grow. There was mold in my unit, the neighbors above were loud and inconsiderate all hours of the day. The staff in the office was unprofessional and rude as well. I decided to stay longer than I wanted because the new assistant manager was nothing but transparent, understanding and professional. The two young ladies in the front were incompetent and not welcoming. If you are Brazilian you will get treated w/ dignity and respect but outside of being that ethnicity you will be treated accordingly. Furthermore, I have moved and have bought some of their roaches w/me which is costing me a great deal of money to have treated in my new home. The summers are horrible, only one pool is open, the gate is never closed and there is not 24/7 access to the workout room. I would not recommend a dog move in there. Several water leaks too, I thought about a law suit for the inconvenience and headache it caused me and my family.

disorganized, dirty condominium, we paid everything right, garbage fee... but it's like that, everything is dirty, not to mention that it's been almost a year since my roof was almost falling due to infiltration, and they didn't do anything, the two lights in the building were it's been burned for a year too, and they don't do anything, they just ignore it , I've been having problems every day, and nothing I complain about will make it better, they never do anything, my roof is still falling down, my rent goes up every month, I paid 1,300, now I'm paying almost 1,600 to live on in the same horrible situation , I just don't move because I have nowhere to go, everything is absurdly expensive

I received my keys on 08/06/2021 after 5 pm. During my walk through I literally came to tears at how bad the water damage was in this apartment. The master bedroom bathroom has what appears to be black mold that was painted. The tub was disgustingly dirty and broke (water leaked out of the open hole) every room had water damaged ceiling. The utility/laundry room has brown water stains running down the walls. The refrigerator is not leveled the antique dishwasher is broken. This was the 2nd apartment they gave me because apparently the first apartment (unit 3202 renovated apartment ) the current tenant decided to stay. I moved from Michigan on 07/16 and stayed at a hotel until my move in date of 08/06/21. I had to move in because I had ton of small deliveries coming in. My living room furniture that was delivered to 3202 is missing so I did not want all my other deliveries to 903 to come up missing also. Hopefully Monday something can be done because this is horrible. The entire master bathroom need to be gutted and redone). This whole experience has been a nightmare. The two positives are: (1) The apartment is a nice size 2) The bedrooms are a nice size. On Monday the manager was nasty and very unprofessional, she told me “well the apartments are older apartments”. She gave me the option is move with full refund because they were only going to repair the hole in the master bathroom tub. I moved out first thing Tuesday morning. It took another 2 months to get my refund. This was definitely a BAIT and SWITCH scam. I was approved for a newer unit but what they gave me was not only old but unsafe. With the amount of water damage, I know the mold was all inside those walls and ceiling. All that drywall should be removed and replaced; and mold remediation done.

I have been living here for 6 months & love it. My apartment is beautiful and the amenities are top tier. Takeyah is always so kind and supportive. She always goes above and beyond!

I wanted to share my thoughts with the management team on Antoine your on-site Service Member. Late yesterday I was having issues with my heater Antoine arrived within 30 minutes. He was very professional knowledgeable and went to work to fine a solution to my concerns. Thank you Sir for a job well done Richie Brady 2801

I have been currently living in this complex for the last year, since It was owned by Arium. This complex is newly managed by Rosemont And if you know anything about Rosemont, they are top tier. I won’t lie to you my experience at this complex with the previous Management was horrendous But just in these few months alone Rosemont has made changes that is evident. Arium did not care about the complex at all, nor the people that lived in it. Maintenance Never assisted with the issues I brought to them. But I have to say, Rosemont truly does care. When I sign my lease, I signed my lease for a 2br with sunroom…. arium did not move me into the unit I was promise when I signed my lease and handed me keys to a unit I never agreed on move in day. but they promised to transfer me when my lease was up. Rosemont taking over and new management, I was afraid that they would not Transferring to a new unit. But thank goodness everyone there truly cared & heard me out. I specifically want to call out the leasing office manager, Takeyah Stephens she is literally a godsend and cares about Our lives here. She truly has the empathy that is needed to lead ! no matter what she always heard me out and today she just found me a perfect unit to move into next week. It is fully renovated Beautiful i love the renovations that Rosemont is making compared to the previous styles. They added white cabinets , grey hardwood floors , and marble countertops stainless steel appliances & of course carpet in the bedrooms. The old units had white Appliances and brown cabinets carpet all throughout & subflooring issues . Which was VERY OUTDATE. Rosemont also added grass And even rosebushes Which is a nice touch compared to the rocks and gravel that was here before. Despite the bad reviews before me I would say, give this place a chance.. give Takeyah and her team An opportunity to make you fall in love with this place. She has truly changed my point of view in regards to this complex and I’m looking forward to see the changes that they make moving forward You again, Rosemont for everything

I needed help because the air conditioning was broken. I was promptly attended to by Mr. David Taylor, maintenance technician. He provided excellent service, answered all my questions, which provided a lot of credibility! And obviously, he solved all the problems related to the air conditioning! Whenever you need it, turn to him because of his efficiency, dedication and respect for my family!
